ACCOMMODATION :
This 11m² studio is located on the ground floor of the residence and is equipped for 1 person. It includes:
-A living room equipped with a single bed and 1 TV.
-A kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs, 1 fridge
-A shower room with WC.

North facing with views of Mont Blanc.

Non-smoking flat / Pets not allowed.

THE RESIDENCE :
La traverse is a long residence located in the centre of the resort, close to all the resort's amenities (restaurants, bars, etc.). The north-facing flats have a beautiful view of Mont Blanc, but are quieter at the same time. South-facing apartments overlook the Place du Carreau.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
In the centre of Les Coches, within easy reach of all amenities and shops, as well as the nursery and ESF. There's plenty of entertainment in the Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in the covered car parks, bookable through us.
