About Appartment Vallee Blanche 159
Residence 'La vallee blanche' In the heart of the resort, with its activities, amenities and shopping facilities, located within a well-maintained residence, this 30m² studio is particularly bright and functional, renovated in September 2019, featuring: a spacious mountain corner with 2 bunk beds, a shower room and separate WC, a kitchenette, and a nicely decorated living area. You will enjoy a SOUTH-facing balcony and access to the slopes just a few steps from this rental. - A popular residence located just metres from the chairlift, swimming pool and ice rink.
- Shared parking with magnetic barrier (free and unreserved but subject to availability).
- Ski locker.
Bedding and towels not provided, and available at an extra charge.
Tourist tax and security deposit to be collected on-site upon arrival.
Please note: mandatory cleaning fee: from €50 to €150 (depending on type of accommodation).

Si au premier abord le logement est inscrit comme rénové, à notre grande surprise nous avons constaté un état de détérioration très avancé et en avons informé l'agence ( photos à l'appui). Ex: salon de jardin inutilisable car les 4 chaises cassées, lave- vaisselle inutilisable ( geste de la propriétaire), plaque de cuisson 2 feux mais un seul des 2 ne fonctionnait, accoudoir canapé cassé, literie présentant de nombreuses tâches d'origine incertaine ( jaunes et rouges). Deuxièmement, très insatisfaits car la prestation ménage imposée et obligatoire dès notre arrivée d'un montant de 65€ alors que nous avons dû le recommencer car logement sale ( beaucoup de "moltons" de poussière derrière le lit, le canapé....et objets divers des précédents locataires retrouvés. Néanmoins, point très important, à mettre à votre connaissance, personnel de l'agence "Boost your Immo" très à l'écoute et réactif.
