General description of the residence
Hameau de Crève-Coeur - 5-room duplex apartment, with a surface area of 75m²,
located on the 5th and top floor, with lift access in the residence LA LAUZIERE-DESSUS, accommodating up to 9 people.
Nestled in the heart of the Hameau de Crève-Coeur, the residence is bordered to the East by the beginner area of Bois de la Croix, and to the West by the slope Les Lanches and the departure of the Pierrafort gondola, you are on the slopes, with ski-in/ski-out access!
On the 1st level: entrance, kitchen open to the living room,
bedroom n°1 with a double bed (2 sleeping spaces), shower room with WC.
On the 2nd level: bedroom n°2 with two single beds (2 sleeping spaces), en suite bedroom n°3 with shower room and WC with a double bed (2 sleeping spaces), bedroom n°4 with a set of bunk beds and a single bed (3 sleeping spaces), shower room with WC.
Independent balcony facing South-East offering a magnificent view of the Crève-Tête ridge, the Gollet pass, and the Pointe du Nielard.
Included services: end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchen), bed linen (except summer season*)* from June to September.
