General description of the residence
THE ACCOMMODATION :
This 2-room apartment of 36m², classified 2 stars, is located on the 1st floor and is equipped for 5 people. It includes :
- one bedroom with 1 double bed
- a living room divided by a mobile partition with 1 BZ and 1 single bed, 1 TV, 1 radio
- an independent kitchen consisting of 1 combination oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set, fondue set
- one shower
- one separate toilet
The balcony with a view of the mountains faces North-West. The ski storage is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE :
Le Dé 1 is located 250 m from shops, 150 m from the ski school, children's garden and 100 m from the ski lifts. There is a possible return ski-to-door to the residence.

Located at the edge of the forest, Le Hameau du Sauget and its traditional architecture combining wood, stone and slate benefits from a privileged location close to the centre of the resort and activities.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked at least 7 days in advance) : End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
