We provide you with a team of professionals responsible for the key handover process during your stay. It is essential to contact them using the details on your voucher to arrange these modalities before your arrival and departure.

Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, conditions for late arrivals, key handover address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ONSITE.
Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
If arriving outside of these times, please inform the keyholder.
Office closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals, contact the office a few days before your arrival to define the arrival arrangements.
The keys will be available in the designated safe outside the keyholder's office.
The code will be stated in the travel document sent one month before your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10 AM.
