The balcony with mountain views faces north-west. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE :
Le Sextant is a large residence located around 100 metres from the piste. Access to the resort centre, around 300 metres away, is via a footpath. Public parking in the immediate vicinity.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
The quietest part of the Les Coches resort, all the residences are no more than 100 metres from the piste and 300 metres from the shops. The Observatoire district offers panoramic views of the valley and Mont Blanc. The resort centre can be reached by foot in less than 5 minutes.
