General description of the residence
ATTENTION SUMMER 2026: WORK ON THE SQUARE - NOISE AND DUST RISKS
THE ACCOMMODATION:
Located on the 4th floor (1st floor from the secondary entrance), this 29m² apartment equipped for 4 people includes:
- A bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out bed.
- The living room equipped with a single bed and a pull-out bed as well as a television/DVD.
- The kitchen area contains a combined oven, induction hobs, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee maker and a raclette machine.
- A bathroom with separate toilet.
The balcony overlooks the Carreau square and is West-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment/ pets allowed (with an additional charge of €40).
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with blankets.
THE RESIDENCE:
The trompe l'oeil extends on either side of the Commerces square, so it is ideally located in the centre of the resort. Access to the residence is via the underground car park, hence the advantage of reserving an additional parking space through us.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The Carreau neighbourhood: Central neighbourhood of Les Coches, in close proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous events take place on the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AT EXTRA COST AND NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes…
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
