- A newly renovated kitchen equipped with 1 microwave, 1 traditional oven, 1 induction cooktop, 1 large refrigerator with freezer, 1 dishwasher, 1 toaster, 1 Nespresso coffee machine, and 1 raclette machine.
- A bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.
- A separate toilet.

Upstairs:

- A bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bed.

Bonus: A private underground parking space is included in the rental.

The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces north. The ski locker is located in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
A large residence adorned with wood and stone cladding. It connects to the Les Pentes and La Traverse residences and is ideally located in the center of the resort. Underground parking beneath the residence, to be reserved through our agency.

THE AREA:
In the center of Les Coches, in close proximity to all amenities, shops, as well as the nursery and ESF (ski school). Numerous activities take place on Carreau Square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered lots, to be reserved through our intermediary.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked in advance and not included): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on-site.
