Your apartment in Orcières, with an area of 60m² for 5 people, consists of:
- Charming living room with television;
- Large balcony
- Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, raclette machine, crockery and kitchen utensils);
- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (1x1 pers 90x190)
- Bedroom 2: 1 single bed (1x1 pers 90x190) 2 bunk beds (2x1 pers 90x190)
- One bathroom with bathtub, and WC;
- The accommodation is equipped with a vacuum cleaner, blankets and pillows;
- Public outdoor parking available for free, subject to availability and not guaranteed.
The residence Les Marmottes 2 is ideally located:
- 450 metres from the ski lifts
- 50 metres from equipment rental;
- 450 metres from local shops;
Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are at an additional cost:
- End-of-stay cleaning: 70 €

A security deposit of 500€ is required upon your arrival.
