L'appartement nécessite d'être remis à niveau : 1 chambre sans radiateur (il faisait froid), radiateur salon fonctionne très mal, four hors d'usage, plaque restant allumé même éteinte donc à disjoncter sinon risque brulure!!, disjonction fréquente (radiateur et lave-vaisselle impossible !!!), porte lave vaisselle qui tombe (même fermé), housse canapé très sale comme oreiller (inutilisable)
