General description of the residence
ATTENTION SUMMER 2026: WORK ON THE SQUARE - RISK OF NOISE AND DUST
THE ACCOMMODATION:
27m² divisible studio located on the 2nd floor of the residence for 4 people, it includes:
-1 sofa bed and 2 single beds + TV.
-A kitchen equipped with a mini-oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, two ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, an electric coffee maker, a toaster and a raclette machine.
-A shower room with washing machine
-Separate toilet.
Balcony facing North-East with a view of the forest. Ski locker in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets refused
No wifi
The apartment is equipped with blankets.
THE RESIDENCE:
The slopes are connected to the Zig Zag and benefit from a lift. The children's club "Pirouette" is located in the residence. Few parking spaces nearby, possibility of reserving an underground parking space through our agency.
THE AREA:
In the centre of Les Coches, immediately close to amenities and shops, the nursery and the ESF. Numerous activities take place on the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered car parks, to be reserved through us.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
