The apartment is located on the ground floor (level -1), without a lift, and has a south-facing balcony offering a direct view of the slope, perfect for fully enjoying the sunshine and the atmosphere of the resort.

It consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people, an independent bedroom equipped with a double bed, as well as a closed cabin with two bunk beds (the top bunk is not suitable for children under six years old). A shower room and separate WC complete the sanitary spaces.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes an oven, a microwave, two electric hot plates, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, as well as a Nespresso machine. In terms of amenities, the accommodation also includes a flat-screen TV, WIFI connection, a washer-dryer and a ski locker.

A covered parking space is included about 100 metres from the residence, accessible via an outdoor sloping path. Access to the parking is via a car lift (maximum dimensions: 5.25 m long, 2.40 m wide, 2 m high). Heating and hot water are provided by an individual electric system.

In addition, several services are offered for booking: end-of-stay cleaning, rental of sheets and towels, as well as baby equipment. Sheets are included for any reservation between December and April (excluding short stays).
