Situated directly on the Figaro ski slope, 500 metres from shopping facilities, this apartment offers ideal access to the pleasures of the mountain.

Surface and exposure
The apartment is 29.80 m² and has a south-facing balcony with a direct view of the slope. It is located in building B, on the ground floor (level -1), without a lift.

Sleeping arrangements
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for two people. A separate bedroom offers a double bed. A closed cabin includes two bunk beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old).

Sanitary facilities
Shower room and separate WC.

Equipped kitchenette
Oven, microwave, two electric hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso machine.

Multimedia
Flat-screen TV and WIFI connection.

Various equipment
Washer-dryer, ski locker. One covered parking space is included 100 m from the residence, accessible by a sloping outdoor path. Access to the parking via a car lift (5.25 m long, 2.40 m wide, 2 m high). Individual electric heating and hot water.

End-of-stay cleaning available as an option (from €55 to €200). Towels can be rented (€9 / kit) and sheets (€18 / bed). Sheets are included for any booking between December and April (excluding short stays). Baby equipment is available for rent (€20 / week). Discounts of up to 35% on ski passes and equipment rental.
