Located within the residence Les Lutins B, this 2-room apartment with cabin of 29.80 m² benefits from a prime location, directly on the Figaro ski slope and just 500 metres from shops. Ideal for a mountain holiday with family or friends, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

The apartment is on the garden level (level -1), without a lift, and features a south-facing balcony offering a direct view of the slope, perfect for fully enjoying the sunshine and the atmosphere of the resort. It is accessible on foot only, with parking located a few minutes' walk away.

It consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people, an independent bedroom equipped with a double bed, as well as a closed cabin with two bunk beds (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under six years old). A shower room and separate WC complete the sanitary facilities.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes an oven, a microwave, two electric hobs, a dishwasher, a fridge, and a Nespresso machine. Regarding amenities, the accommodation also has a flat-screen TV, WIFI connection, a washer-dryer, and a ski locker.

A covered parking space is included about 100 metres from the residence, accessible via an external sloped path. Access to the parking is via a car lift (maximum dimensions: 5.25 m long, 2.40 m wide, 2 m high). Heating and hot water are provided by an individual electric system.

Additionally, several services are offered for reservation: end-of-stay cleaning, linen and towel rental, as well as baby equipment. Linen is included for any booking between December and April (excluding short stays).
