General description of the residence
Warm and comfortable, this 58 m² apartment (plus 12 m² under the eaves at 1.80m) is situated on the 5th and top floor of a residence with a lift, in immediate proximity to the centre and shops. It has a west-facing balcony and a wood stove for a cosy after-ski atmosphere.
The apartment includes one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a second bedroom with four single beds including a pull-out bed, as well as a mezzanine equipped with a double bed (140 cm), accommodating up to 7 people. It features a bathroom and separate WC.
The kitchenette is fully equipped: oven, microwave, ceramic hobs, dishwasher and refrigerator. A flat-screen TV is available in the living room. A washing machine completes the amenities.
Heating and hot water are provided by individual installations. A ski locker is available, as well as communal outdoor parking for the residence. Apartments in the neighbouring chalets are also available, ideal for stays with friends.
In addition, numerous services are available for booking: end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental, baby equipment. And for your winter holidays, enjoy discounts of up to -35% on ski passes and equipment rental (depending on the period and booking in advance of your stay). Bed linens are included for all bookings between December and April (excluding short stays).
