The accommodation is located on the third floor of a residence without a lift. It offers a surface area of 65 m², of which 33 m² is under 1.80 metres, as well as a South-facing balcony.

The sleeping arrangements consist of a first bedroom equipped with a double bed of 180 cm, a second bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm, and a mezzanine comprising two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. Access to the mezzanine is via a steep staircase, not recommended for children under six years old. A travel cot is also available.

The shower room is equipped with a shower and the toilet is separate. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, induction hobs, a combined microwave oven, and a TASSIMO coffee machine.

The accommodation has two flat screens, a DVD player, a HiFi system, a Bluetooth connected speaker, a washing machine, WiFi connection, and a cellar. Heating is communal and hot water is produced by an individual electric system.
