This 101 m² apartment is located in the heart of the Chinaillon resort and at the foot of the slopes, in the Pistes du Soleil residence. Everything is done without a car, with direct access to the main street, with its restaurants and shops on one side and from the ski slopes on the other (100 meters from the Floria and Chatelet chairlifts). This apartment sleeps 8 to 10 people, in 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and an isolated sleeping area with a bunk bed. It has a 90 m2 south-facing terrace, with magnificent views of the ski slopes and the mountain. The main living room of 30 m2 has a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area, with two picture windows overlooking the mountain. The spacious living room is equipped with modern and comfortable furniture, a television which captures English channels, DVD player, CD player, as well as books and board games. All four bedrooms have mountain views and two of the bedrooms have a private bathroom with a bath, sink and toilet. It also has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet; a laundry room with sink and toilet as well as an isolated sleeping area. On the large terrace, tables and chairs will allow you to eat outside, even in winter. Two ski lockers will be at your disposal. Possibility of private covered garage on request. The apartment, soundproofed and very quiet, has underfloor heating and convectors in each room. It is also equipped with an internet connection. The price includes household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). End-of-stay cleaning is included, however the premises must be left in a correct state (unmade beds, bins taken out, dishwasher emptied etc ...). A cot and a booster are at your disposal.
