This 40 m² apartment, ideal for four people but able to accommodate up to six, is located on the 2nd floor of a residence with a lift, in the centre of the resort. It benefits from a south-west facing balcony offering a nice open view.

The accommodation comprises a living room equipped with a two-person sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a cabin with two bunk beds (the upper sleeping area is not recommended for children under six years old). The shower room is separate from the toilet for more comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, two induction hobs, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. The apartment also has a flat screen television and a washing machine. Heating and hot water are individual and electric.

The residence offers a ski locker and a covered parking space (level -1, n°11C). It is situated 820 metres from the slopes and only 20 metres from shops.
