This 40 m² apartment, ideal for four people but able to accommodate up to six, is located on the 2nd floor of a residence with a lift, right in the heart of the resort. It features a southwest-facing balcony offering a lovely unobstructed view.

The accommodation consists of a living room equipped with a two-person sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a cabin with two bunk beds (the upper sleeping area is not suitable for children under six years old). The shower room is separate from the toilet for added comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, two induction hobs, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. The apartment also has a flat-screen TV and a washing machine. Heating and hot water are individual and electric.

The residence offers a ski locker and a covered parking space (level -1, n°11C). It is situated 820 metres from the slopes and just 20 metres from the shopping facilities.
