This 45 m² apartment, located on the ground floor of the Residence Les Sablets, benefits from a location at the foot of the main gondola and ski school meeting points, only 550 metres from the centre of the village. It features a west-facing terrace.

Designed for six people, it includes a living room with a two-person convertible sofa bed, a mountain corner equipped with two bunk beds (the upper sleeping area is not suitable for children under 6 years old) and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and the WC is separate.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a washing machine is also available. Heating and hot water are provided by individual electric equipment. The apartment has a cellar (no. 21) as well as a covered parking space located in the garage at the back. Pets are not allowed.
