With a surface area of approximately 43 m², it benefits from an east-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying the morning light and the view of the mountain surroundings.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The living room has a sofa bed for two people, while the open mezzanine upstairs includes three single beds, offering additional sleeping space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, two ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator, allowing for easy meal preparation during your stay.

In terms of sanitary facilities, the accommodation includes a bathroom with a bathtub as well as separate toilets. A flat-screen TV is also available in the living room. Cellar no. 1 completes this property. Heating and hot water are individual and electric.
