General description of the residence
PLAGNE BELLECOTE – Residence Saint-Jacques. Beautiful apartment, fully renovated and well equipped. In the heart of the resort, the Residence is the starting point to enjoy the services and shopping facilities of Plagne Bellecôte and just steps from the Glacier de Bellecôte gondola.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The resort of Plagne Bellecôte is situated at an altitude of 1930 metres and takes its name from the highest peak in the La Plagne massifs: the Glacier de Bellecôte, which rises to 3450 metres. You will find numerous hiking trails, as well as tennis courts and a swimming pool.
Description of the apartment:
52m2 apartment for 7 people located on the 6th floor with a lift.
- The living room: large dining table for family meals. It is equipped with a comfortable lounge area with television, a sofa bed and Wi-Fi access.
- The open kitchen adjoining the living room has all the necessary equipment: 4-ring hob, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave…
You will have 3 bedrooms:
- A first bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm
- A second bedroom with bunk beds
- A bedroom with a bunk bed (double bed below and single bed above)
- A bathroom with WC
- A shower room
- 1 separate WC
Additional equipment:
- Ski locker
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is NON-SMOKING.
