General description of the residence
Located opposite the Morel chairlift, in the Altitude 1600 area, the residence Le Surf is a building of 8 apartments, without a lift, benefiting from a nice West exposure. The stop for the free shuttle is 50m away and the shopping facilities and restaurants are 200m away.
This holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor (-1 at the entrance level). It includes an entrance with 1 fixed bench bed 80x190, 1 living room composed of a lounge with a convertible corner sofa allowing for sleeping 2 people in 140x190 and with television and a very friendly dining area, a very well-equipped custom-made kitchen with a granite worktop equipped with "High-end" appliances including oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer. This modern kitchen is open to the living room leading to a large West-facing balcony.
You will have 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) with a bridge furniture and large television, one small bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds (80x190), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190), a bathroom, a shower room with suspended toilet and a separate suspended toilet.
