General description of the residence
This duplex, ski-in and ski-out with direct access to the Planchamp gondola, is located in close proximity to the village, shopping facilities and restaurants of the pedestrian street, and the toboggan slope.
With an area of 62 m² (+ 12 m² not included in the Carrez law), this duplex and mezzanine apartment offers accommodation for 8 people. It is located in the hamlet of la Forêt, just 2 minutes (approximately 100 metres) from the ESF courses at the departure of the Planchamp gondola and 10 minutes (approximately 250 metres) from the Piou Piou club.
It includes on the first level: a kitchen open to the living room, a shower room, a WC, and a very bright bedroom thanks to its 3 windows.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, and a dining area. The bedroom features 2 bunk beds and a single bed. Storage.
The living room leads to a large north-west facing balcony with a beautiful view of the valley.
Upstairs, the mezzanine is equipped with a single bed, the bedrooms are equipped respectively with one double bed of 160 for one, and for the other in the attic rather reserved for children with two single beds, a shower room with WC. Duvets are provided for each bed. Plenty of storage.
Linen (sheets, towels, and tea towels) is included in the rental.
