General description of the residence
DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT :
Apartment of 66m² on the -4 floor of block D from the entrance (with lift), fully renovated, accommodating up to 6 people.
- Open kitchen onto the living room, fully equipped: Oven, microwave, induction hob, large fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, kettle, toaster.
- Pleasant living room opening onto the south-west facing balcony with sofa, TV.
- One master bedroom with a double bed of 140x190 cm.
- One bedroom with a double bed of 140x190 cm and a set of trundle beds of 90x190 cm, (4 beds in total).
- One bathroom, with bath.
- Independent WC.
- One balcony.
- Additional Equipment: WIFI, ski locker on the landing.
- Non-smoking apartment.
- Pets prohibited.
The rental price includes: towels, sheets with beds made, 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit, welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchen area and dishes). Access to the resort centre is possible via the residence Le Grand Arbois (badge provided).
Parking is available in the private parking located in front of the residence (1 space).
Tourist tax in addition according to the applicable rate.

The Vaugella residence is one of the architectural emblematic residences of the Arcs 1800 resort. Its geographical location close to the resort centre allows it to be near Charvet and Villards, not forgetting the ski slopes. You will find all amenities nearby: restaurants, bars, and other shops.
Shuttle stop at the foot of the residence allows fast access to the heart of the resort, in winter to ski schools and slopes, and in summer to Club Héro.
In summer, mountain biking rental, proximity to golf, hiking, climbing, nearby aquatic area with swimming pool, paragliding, tree climbing... and various white-water sports!
