Livraison d'une pochette avec les clefs, et qq fascicules. Pas d'explication sur l'emplacement, accès au bâtiment ou au local à skis. Manque de communication à l'accueil! L'appartement comportait plusieurs manquements; box wifi déconnectée, et cachée. Contrairement à ce qui était indiqué, pas de wifi. Literie défectueuse (une latte d'un lit était cassée). Douche fuit.
