Renovated apartment accommodating 4 to 6 people (maximum capacity 6 people but more comfortable for 4 people) with an area of 36m2 featuring:
• Private parking space (n°B701)
• Living room with television and double sofa bed (1x2 people)
• Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, crockery/cutlery and kitchen utensils).
• A bedroom with a double bed
• Cabin area with bunk beds
• Bathroom with bathtub
• Balcony
• Labelled station "Famille PLUS"
• Heated indoor pool
• Lift, WIFI
The residence Les Terrasses de la Bergerie is located at the foot of the ski slopes, 50 m from the Bergerie ski lift. The rental is situated 100 m from restaurants, 200 m from the town centre of Orcières and is ideally located for families.
Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional charge:
- Bed linen kit: 16€ / bed
- Towel kit: 12€ / person
- End-of-stay cleaning: 90€
A security deposit of 500€ is required upon your arrival.
Note: Maestro cards, American Express, cheques, and cash are not accepted.
