Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please contact reception.
Departure time: before 10 AM.
For arrivals outside agency opening hours:
A key box system is available for guests, located in the passage to the left of the agency's entrance door (at 159 Route des Grandes Alpes - LA CLUSAZ). Please contact the agency in advance to obtain the code for their box. Similarly, for bed linen, a drawer/storage system is provided for this purpose (in the same location). The agency is situated in Flaine Forum above the Flaine tourist office.
The agency is open: from December to April and July-August
Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to 6:30 PM.
Key collection: at the agency.
On arrival: from 5 PM
On departure: at the latest by 10 AM.
For any arrival after 6:30 PM, please contact our teams in advance:
