ACCOMMODATION :
This 25m² apartment is located on the 4th floor and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- A living area with 2 single beds and a television.
- A kitchenette with microwave/grill, dishwasher, 3 induction hobs, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
- A bedroom with a movable partition equipped with a double bed.
The bathroom includes the toilet.
- A north-facing balcony with a view of Mont-Blanc.

THE RESIDENCE :
L'Epervier is a large residence situated on the edge of the forest. Access by blue slope is immediate and the resort centre with all the shopping facilities is located 10 minutes on foot.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
It allows for ski-in ski-out access for almost all residences (depending on ski level), either heading towards Montchavin or returning to the resort centre. Parking is available close to the residences.
