The 2 independent terraces with mountain views are north-facing. The ski locker is located in the residence.

RESIDENCE:
L'Epervier is a large residence located at the edge of the forest. Access via blue slope is immediate and the resort centre with all shopping facilities is a 10-minute walk away.

NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Located on the edge of the forest with its traditional architecture combining wood, stone and slate, it allows for ski-in, ski-out access for almost all residences (depending on the skiing level), either heading towards Montchavin or returning to the resort centre. Parking is available close to the residences.
