THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 13m² studio is located on the 1st floor of the residence and is equipped for 2 people. It includes:
- A living room with 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed, 1 TV.
- A kitchenette with microwave oven, electric hobs, refrigerator, coffee maker.
- A shower room with WC.
- A north-facing balcony with a view of Mont Blanc. The ski locker is in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed.

THE RESIDENCE:
The residence L'Equerre is situated less than 300 metres from the shopping facilities and the resort centre. The ski slopes' departure and return point is about 100 metres away. A public parking area is available just 100 metres away. The north-facing apartments enjoy a beautiful view of the valley and Mont Blanc.

THE AREA:
The quietest area of the Les Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from the shopping facilities. The Observatoire area offers a lovely view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
