THE ACCOMMODATION:
Located on the 1st floor of the residence, this 2-room apartment of 26 m² is equipped for 4 people. It includes:

- A living room equipped with 2 single beds and a television.
- A kitchenette with an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, raclette machine, and coffee maker.
- A bedroom with 2 single beds.
- A bathroom and separate toilet.
- A northwest-facing balcony with a view of Mont-Blanc. Ski locker is available in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional fee of €40).

The residence :
The Equerre residence is located 300 meters from the shops and resort center. The ski slopes are for 100 meters away from the residence. A public car park is available at only 100 meters. The north facing flats get a great view on the valley and Mont Blanc.

The area :
The quietest area in Les Coches, all residences are situated 100 meters from the ski slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatoire area provides a very nice view on the valley and Mont Blanc. The access to resort center is possible through a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
