THE ACCOMMODATION :
Located on the first floor of the residence, this 2-room apartment of 26 m² is equipped for 4 guests. It includes:

- A living room with 2 single beds and 1 television.
- A kitchenette with oven, electric hobs, dishwasher and refrigerator, raclette machine, coffee maker.
- A bedroom with 2 single beds.
- A bathroom and separate WC.
- A north-west facing balcony with a view of Mont Blanc. A ski locker is available in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional fee of €40)

THE RESIDENCE :
L'Equerre is located less than 300 metres from the shopping facilities and the resort centre. Ski slope departure and return point is about 100 metres away. Public parking is available just 100 metres from the residence. North-facing apartments offer a beautiful view of the valley and Mont Blanc.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD :
The quietest area of the Les Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from the shopping facilities. The Observatoire area offers a stunning view of the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
