- an independent kitchenette consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet

The balcony with a view of the mountains faces North-West. The ski locker is in the residence.

AT THE RESIDENCE:
L'Equerre is located less than 300 metres from the shopping facilities and the resort centre. Ski slope departure and return is about 100 metres away. Public parking is available in front of the residence. The apartments facing North benefit from a lovely view of the valley and Mont Blanc.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The quietest area of the Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from the shopping facilities. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
