ACCOMMODATION:
This 28 m² studio, which can be divided by a mobile partition, is located on the 2nd floor (no lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living area with a sleeping corner featuring 1 single sofa bed with trundle and a dining area with bunk beds, 1 TV
- a kitchen corner consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fondue set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet

The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces North. The ski locker is in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional fee of €40)

THE RESIDENCE:
La Lanterne is ideally located at the foot of the slopes, 200 metres from the nearest shopping facilities and less than 300 metres from the resort centre, ski school and daycare.
The residence is small in size with wood cladding and exposed stone. Public parking nearby.

THE DISTRICT:
The quietest area of the Les Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from the shops. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view over the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in under 5 minutes.
