THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 30 m² duplex apartment is located on the 5th and top floor (with a lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
Upstairs
- a bedroom with 2 single beds.
On the ground floor
- a living room with 1 convertible sofa, 1 TV
- a well-equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and raclette set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet

The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces North. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
La Marelle is located at the edge of the slope leading to Montchavin. A bus shuttle stop is directly accessible, allowing for easy connection to the resort centre. The apartments facing North offer a panoramic view of the valley and Mont Blanc.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Situated on the edge of the forest with its traditional architecture combining wood, stone, and slate, it allows for ski-in access to almost all residences (depending on ski level), whether heading towards Montchavin or returning to the resort centre. Parking facilities are available close to the residences.
