This 27 m² studio, which can be divided by a mobile partition, is located on the 2nd floor (with a lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a divisible living area with 4 single beds, 1 TV, 1 hi-fi system
- an independent kitchenette with 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 2 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, raclette set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet

The balcony offers a view of Place du Carreau and is south-east facing. The ski locker is located within the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
La Traverse is a long residence situated right in the resort centre, hence close to all the resort's amenities (restaurants, bars). North-facing apartments enjoy a lovely view of Mont Blanc while being quieter. South-facing views look out over Place du Carreau.

THE AREA:
In the heart of Les Coches, immediately close to all shopping facilities and amenities, as well as the daycare and ESF. Numerous activities take place on Place du Carreau. The residences are located at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking available in covered garages, to be reserved through us.

EXTRA SERVICES (to be pre-booked): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, lift passes…
Deposit and local tourist tax to be paid on site.
