This divisible studio with a mobile partition, measuring 27 m², is located on the 3rd floor (with lift) and is suitable for 4 people. It includes:
- a living area with a sleeping corner featuring 2 single beds and a dining area with 1 sofa bed, 1 TV, 1 DVD player, 1 CD radio
- an independent kitchenette comprising 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 2 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette service
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet

The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces North. The ski locker is located within the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional fee of €40)

THE RESIDENCE:
La Traverse is a long residence situated right in the centre of the resort, thus in proximity to all the resort's activities (restaurants, bars). The north-facing apartments enjoy a lovely view of Mont Blanc, whilst being quieter. The south-facing view is towards Place du Carreau.

THE AREA:
In the heart of Les Coches, just a stone's throw from all amenities and shopping facilities as well as daycare and ESF Ski School. Numerous activities take place at Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking is available in covered car parks, to be pre-booked through us.
