ACCOMMODATION:
This studio, adaptable with a mobile partition, measures 27 m² and is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) and is suitable for 4 people. It comprises:
- a living area with a sofa bed and a sleeping area with 1 single bed + pull-out bed, 1 TV/DVD
- a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette service
- a shower, 1 washing machine
- a separate toilet

The balcony with a view of the Place du Carreau is south-facing. The ski locker is located within the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
La Traverse is a long residence located right in the heart of the resort, close to all the activities (restaurants, bars). The north-facing apartments offer a beautiful view of Mont Blanc while being quieter. The south-facing view overlooks the Place du Carreau.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the centre of Les Coches, immediately close to all amenities and shopping facilities as well as daycare and ESF. Numerous activities take place on the Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking is available in covered car parks, to be reserved through our services.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AT EXTRA COST AND NOT INCLUDED (to be reserved in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski passes…
A deposit and local tourist tax to be paid on site.
