This 27 m² studio, classified as 2 stars, is located on the ground floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with a sleeping area featuring 1 sofa bed and a dining area with 2 single beds, 1 TV, 1 hi-fi system, 1 DVD player
- an independent kitchenette consisting of 1 combi oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 vitroceramic hot plates, 1 refrigerator, electric coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet

The balcony with a view of the mountains faces North-West. The ski locker is located in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
La Traverse is a long residence situated right in the heart of the resort, therefore close to all the resort's activities (restaurants, bars). The north-facing apartments benefit from a beautiful view of Mont Blanc while being quieter. The south-facing view looks over the Carreau square.

THE AREA:
In the centre of Les Coches, immediately close to all amenities and shopping facilities as well as the daycare and ESF. Numerous activities take place in Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in the covered car parks, to be reserved through us.
