THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 20.60 m² studio is located on the ground floor and is equipped for 3 people. It includes:
- a living area with 2 single beds and 1 pull-out bed, 1 TV
- an independent kitchen consisting of 1 microwave oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, 1 extractor fan, electric coffee maker, raclette set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet

The terrace overlooking the mountains faces North. The ski locker is located in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed.

THE RESIDENCE:
Le De 2 is located 200m from the shopping facilities, ESF Ski School, and daycare, and 150m from the chairlifts (ski-in, ski-out possible). The North-facing apartments benefit from an unobstructed view of the Valley.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Located on the edge of the forest, Le Hameau du Sauget features traditional architecture combining wood, stone, and slate, and enjoys a privileged location, close to the resort centre and activities.
