- a kitchenette consisting of 1 combined oven, 1 dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, 1 refrigerator, and an electric coffee maker
- a shower with toilet included (separated by a door)

The balcony, with a view of the resort, faces South-West. The ski locker is within the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
Le 3eme De is a residence with a lift connecting to Le 4eme De, located in immediate proximity to a bus shuttle stop. Access to the resort centre is approximately 300 metres away and access to the slopes is about 200 metres away.

THE AREA:
Situated on the edge of the forest, Le Hameau du Sauget with its traditional architecture of wood, stone, and slate boasts a privileged location, close to the resort centre and activities.
