This 26m² studio is located on the 1st floor and is equipped for 4 people. It is suitable for those with reduced mobility. It includes:
- a sleeping area with 2 single beds, one of which is a medical bed.
- a living room with 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed, 1 TV
- a kitchen area comprising 1 microwave oven, 1 dishwasher, 3 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker
- a bathroom with toilet included (separated by a door)

The balcony with a view of the resort is south-west facing. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
Le 3eme De is a residence with a lift connected to the 4eme De, located in immediate proximity to a bus shuttle stop. Access to the centre of the resort is approximately 300 metres.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The neighbourhood: Situated on the edge of the forest, Le Hameau du Sauget features traditional architecture combining wood, stone, and slate, enjoying a prime location close to the resort centre and activities.
