This 2-room apartment of 25 m² is located on the 4th floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It comprises:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed
- a living area with 2 single beds, 1 TV
- a kitchen area consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee machine, raclette machine
- a bathroom with included toilet
The balcony with a view of the resort faces South-West. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an extra charge of €40)
THE RESIDENCE:
Le 4eme De is a large residence served by 2 lifts. The slope access is approximately 200 metres away and the resort centre is 300 metres away. The residence's location allows for relatively easy parking.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Situated on the edge of the forest, Hameau du Sauget features traditional architecture combining wood, stone, and slate, and benefits from a privileged location, close to the resort centre and activities.

appartement bien situé et bien equipé dans la station à 5 minutes à pieds du centre, il présente l'avantage d'avoir un parking gratuit devant la résidence ce qui est appréciable pour décharger les valises. seul bémol qui concerne l'agence gsi pour la remise des clés, manifestement les horaires indiqués sur internet et les horaires réels de l'agence ne sont pas les mêmes..(elle semble restée sur les horaires d'été..., attention si vous arrivez le dimanche). Néanmoins, suite à plusieurs problèmes rencontrés dans l'appartement (lave vaisselle hs, pas d'eau chaude, etc..), l'agence a fait preuve de réactivité et d'écoute pour traiter les problèmes.
