THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 25m² studio is located on the ground floor and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a mountain corner with bunk beds
- a living area with 1 sofa bed, 1 TV
- a kitchenette comprising 1 mini-oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 4 ceramic hotplates, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, raclette set.
- a bathroom with toilet included

The terrace offers a view of the forest and the residences of the resort and faces south. The ski locker is in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed

THE RESIDENCE:
Le 4eme De is a large residence served by 2 lifts. The access to slopes is approximately 200 metres and the resort centre is 300 metres away. The location of the residence allows for relatively easy parking.

THE AREA:
Situated on the edge of the forest, Le Hameau du Sauget features traditional architecture combining wood, stone and slate and benefits from a privileged location, close to the resort centre and activities.
