- a kitchenette consisting of 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 3 induction hobs, 1 refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso, raclette and fondue service
- a bathroom with toilet included (separated by a door)

The south-facing balcony offers a view of the resort. The ski locker is located in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
Le 4eme De is a large residence served by 2 lifts. The slope access is about 200 metres away and the resort centre is 300 metres away. The location of the residence allows for relatively easy parking.

THE AREA:
Situated at the edge of the forest, Le Hameau du Sauget with its traditional architecture combining wood, stone, and slate benefits from a privileged location, close to the resort centre and activities.
