Description of the apartment :
Studio of 17m2 for 2 people situated on the 1st floor with lift. The residence is composed of 9 floors served by two lifts.

- The living room features a double bed (2 persons - 140*200) in a mezzanine, a sofa, and a television
- The kitchen, located at the entrance of the apartment, is equipped with a microwave, 2 electric hobs, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster
- The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a toilet.
