- The kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, vitroceramic hob, Nespresso and Krups coffee machines, toaster, and kettle, offers ample storage and space.
- The bedroom includes a 140cm double bed and a large wardrobe.
- The bathroom features an Italian shower
- The WC is separate.
