THE ACCOMMODATION:
Located on the 1st floor of the residence, this 27m² apartment, equipped for 4 people, includes:

- One bedroom with 1 double bed
- A living room with 2 single beds, a TV/DVD.
- A kitchenette equipped with an oven, ceramic hobs, microwave, refrigerator, sandwich maker, electric kettle, and a coffee maker.
- Shower room, separate toilet.
- Northwest-facing balcony with a view of Mont-Blanc. Ski storage is available in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed.

The residence:
The Sextant residence is located 100 meters from the ski slopes. The resort center is about 300 meters away and can be accessed through a pedestrian path. Public parking areas are close to the residence, and ski lockers are in the entrance.

The area:
The quietest area in Les Coches, all residences are situated 100 meters from the ski slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatoire area provides a very nice view on the valley and Mont Blanc. The access to resort center is possible through a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
