THE ACCOMMODATION:
Located on the first floor of the residence, this 27m² apartment is suitable for 4 people and includes:
-A bedroom with 1 double bed
-A living area with 2 single beds, a television/DVD.
-A kitchen area equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, sandwich maker, electric kettle, and a coffee maker.
-Shower room, separate WC.
Balcony facing North-west with a view of Mont Blanc. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed.
THE RESIDENCE:
Le Sextant is located about 100 metres from the slope. Access to the resort centre, located approximately 300 metres away, is via a pedestrian path. Public parking nearby.
THE AREA:
L'Observatoire is the quietest area of the Coches resort, with all residences within a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shopping facilities. The Observatoire area offers a beautiful view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a footpath in less than 5 minutes.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be pre-booked): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski pass…
