THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 3-room apartment of 34 m² is located on the 1st floor (with lift) and is suitable for 6 people. It includes:
- one bedroom with 1 double bed
- a cabin with bunk beds
- a living room with 1 single sofa bed + 1 pull-out bed, 1 TV, 1 hi-fi system
- a kitchenette equipped with 1 microwave oven, 1 dishwasher, 3 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette service
- a shower
- a separate toilet

The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces North-West. The ski locker is located in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
Le Sextant is a large residence located about 100 metres from the slope. Access to the town centre, which is approximately 300 metres away, is via a pedestrian path. Public parking is immediately nearby.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The quietest area of the Les Coches resort, all residences are within a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shopping facilities. The Observatoire area offers panoramic views of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre can be made via a footpath in under 5 minutes.
