THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 24 m² studio is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a mountain corner with bunk beds
- a living area with 2 single beds, 1 TV
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 combined oven, 1 dishwasher, 3 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, coffee maker.
- a bathroom with included toilet

The balcony offers a view of Mont Blanc and is north-facing. The ski locker is within the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional fee of €40)

THE RESIDENCE:
Le Sextant is a large residence located approximately 100 metres from the slope. Access to the resort centre, located about 300 metres away, is via a pedestrian path. Public parking is immediately nearby.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The quietest area of the Coches resort, all residences are within a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from the shopping facilities. The Observatoire area offers panoramic views of the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre can be made via a walking path in less than 5 minutes.
