- a living area with 2 single beds + 1 trundle bed, 1 TV
- a kitchenette composed of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 4 induction hobs, 1 refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- a bathroom with electric towel warmer, hairdryer
- a separate toilet

The balcony offers a view of Mont Blanc and the valley and is north-facing. The ski locker is located within the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
Le Sextant is a large residence located about 100 meters from the slope. Access to the resort centre, located approximately 300 meters away, is via a pedestrian path. Public parking is immediately nearby.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The quietest area of the Les Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 meters from the slope and 300 meters from the shopping facilities. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view over the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre takes less than 5 minutes on foot.
