This 2-room apartment of 27 m² is located on the 1st floor (with lift) and is equipped for 5 people. It includes:
- one bedroom with 1 double bed
- a living room with 2 single beds + 1 pull-out bed, 1 TV
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 3 vitroceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- one bathroom
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces North-West. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets are not allowed
THE RESIDENCE:
Le Sextant is a large residence located approximately 100 metres from the slope. Access to the centre of the resort, located approximately 300 metres away, is via a pedestrian path. Public parking is immediately nearby.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The quietest area of the Coches resort, all residences are within a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from the shopping facilities. The Observatory district offers a panoramic view over the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre takes less than 5 minutes via a pedestrian path.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be pre-booked): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski passes…
