The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces North/West. The ski locker is within the residence.

THE RESIDENCE :
Le Sextant is a large residence located about 100 metres from the slope. Access to the resort centre, located about 300 metres away, is via a pedestrian path. Public parking is immediately nearby.

THE AREA :
The quietest area of the Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from the shopping facilities. The Observatoire area offers panoramic views of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a path in less than 5 minutes.
